VIC:Ballarat line commuters the happiest

Victoria's regional rail provider is launching a campaign, encouraging people not travelling
to Melbourne for work to stay off the train network during peak times and save money.

The Department of Transport says customer satisfaction levels are down for the March
quarter to 72.5 per cent, down one-and-a-half per cent on the same time last year.
