CRASH WITH CRUISER ENDS CHASE.(CAPITAL REGION)

A man with addresses in the city and on Long Island faces criminal charges after he rammed a police car during a chase Wednesday while driving a stolen car, city police said.

Tirisse Goines, 20, is charged with third-degree possession of stolen property, second-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment. He was to be held overnight in the city lockup and is to be arraigned this morning in City Court.
